What is a digital loyalty program?
It’s a stamp-style rewards card that lives on your customer’s phone instead of paper. With Inkmark, they collect digital stamps toward a reward you define — free coffee, a discount, or anything else — and you manage it from a simple online dashboard.
How does it work for my customers?
They scan a QR code at your counter once to get their card, then save it to their home screen. When they visit, they open the card and show a rotating QR for your team to scan. Stamps add up automatically until they’re ready to redeem.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No app store download. The loyalty card runs in the browser and can be saved to the home screen like an app. It works on iPhone and Android with a modern browser.
How do staff issue stamps?
Staff use the Inkmark Staff app in a browser on a phone or tablet — scan the customer’s QR, confirm the stamp, and issue more than one at a time if needed. Solo owners can stamp from the same account when owner stamping is enabled.
What kinds of programs can I create?
Classic stamp cards: set how many stamps unlock a reward and what that reward is. Lite includes up to three programs; Pro lets you run up to ten — for example a coffee card and a pastry card. Each program has its own design and join QR.
Can I customize the look of my loyalty card?
Yes. Use the card designer to pick templates, colours, fonts, and stamp icons, and add your logo. Customers see your branding every time they open their card.
How can I track stamps and customer activity?
Your dashboard shows stamps today, redemptions, active cards, and staff activity. Pro adds fuller analytics — breakdowns by location and staff, redemption trends, and exports.
How do I set up Inkmark?
Sign up, verify your email, then follow onboarding: create a program, add a location, link them, and invite staff (or stamp yourself if you’re a one-person shop). Print or display the join QR at the counter and you’re ready.
